Because toned arms aren’t created by starving yourself…
They’re built by giving your body a reason to HOLD ON to muscle.

At 50, my arms are more defined than they were at 30 because I finally stopped chasing skinny and started chasing STRONG. 🔥

Consistency always.

This broccoli egg bake takes just a few minutes to throw together, keeps you full for hours, and gives your muscles the protein they need to stay strong while you’re losing fat.

🥦 BROCCOLI EGG BAKE

Ingredients:
• 4 cups broccoli florets
• 12 large eggs Vital Farms
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Add broccoli to a baking dish.
2. Crack eggs evenly over the broccoli.
3. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
4. Mix everything together.
5. Bake at 400°F for 35 minutes.
6. Slice into portions and enjoy!

Busy. Hungry. Tired of staring into the fridge wondering what to eat? 👇

This High Protein Tuna Pasta Salad is one of my favorite make-ahead meals because it checks all the boxes:

✅ High protein
✅ Easy meal prep
✅ Ready in minutes
✅ Keeps you full for hours
✅ Perfect for busy Moms

I make a big batch on Sunday and lunch is done for days.

And here’s a little KISS Method upgrade…

If you’re trying to get even MORE protein, swap regular pasta for a protein pasta like chickpea, lentil, edamame, or high-protein wheat pasta. You can also use hearts of palm pasta for a lower-carb option.

More protein.
More fullness.
Less mindless snacking. 💋

And Ladies…if you wouldn’t put mud in the gas tank of a Ferrari, why would you fuel YOUR body with low-quality ingredients?

The older I get, the more I focus on quality over quantity.

That’s why I use eggs and FAGE Greek yogurt. Better ingredients. Better nutrition. Better results.

🥗 HIGH PROTEIN TUNA PASTA SALAD

Ingredients:
• 8 oz rotini pasta (or protein pasta)
• 2 cans tuna, drained
• 1 cup diced cucumber
• ½ cup sweet corn
• ¼ cup diced red onion
• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (FAGE)
• Juice of ½ lemon
• Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
1️⃣ Cook pasta according to package directions and cool completely.
2️⃣ In a large bowl combine Greek yogurt, tuna, cucumber, corn, and red onion.
3️⃣ Add cooled pasta.
4️⃣ Stir until well combined.
5️⃣ Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
6️⃣ Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Macros (Per Serving)
🔥 500 Calories
💪 45g Protein
🍝 45g Carbs
🥑 12g Fat
