Show up and experience how movement changes your vibrational pattern. See thru your heart, move with your body and it shifts you to a place of release, peace and celebration. Move it and shift happens does not require any dance experience, simply an open attitude. OUR JOURNEY:

As adults, we forget, we lose or deny our right and our ability to simply play. Move It and SHIFT into a new state of being: Relaxed, Joyful, Connected, and Free. Starting in October, MOVE IT will only be once a month on the third Sunday

Heading south on Dan Ryan? Exit Armitage, go back under the highway, thru your first light. Second light is Elston, take a right and it on the next corner at Elston and Cortland. Heading north on Dan Ryan? Exit North Ave take a right and get in left lane. Take your first left at the light onto Elston. Proceed to the next light and you are at Cortland. Teaching tip #2...Don't do it for the money. Don't do it for the celebrity. Don't do it for the validation you're sure to receive. Do it because the moment you open your mouth, or place your hands on someone's body, you feel, without a doubt, the undeniable presence of lingering between each breath and moving within your touch. Teach to serve. Teach to share. Teach because it is your art, your communication with the world within, beyond, seen and unreal. If the money, success and validation come know that is its own deep, and temporal, yoga for you to navigate. Don't let it distract you from being truly of service to God, each other and this planet, as well as being a conduit for healing and love.

Although this practice is no longer in session, movement continues in CHicago. Feeling like moving? Join me on Sundays for a 5 Rhythms practice.
