This workshop brings a therapist’s lens into gym culture in a way that’s practical, honest, and immediately useful, so you can get stronger without burning yourself out.

Meet Allison:

Allison Staiger is a licensed clinical social worker, Director of Wellness Programming at The Talk Studio.  She owns of Highwire Therapy, PLLC, a private therapy practice in Ravenswood, specializing in stress, burnout, and trauma in high-achieving adults. Her approach is practical, direct, and grounded in real nervous-system work that translates to everyday life. In her spare time, Allison can be found trying to eat enough protein, and never misses a B***y School class at Rx.
