Inspired by The Book of Secrets and the ancient teachings of the Vigyan Bhairav Ta**ra, this special meditation session explores one of the powerful awareness techniques designed to awaken presence, silence, and expanded consciousness in everyday life. Rather than approaching meditation as concentration or control, this practice invites participants into direct experience through breath, sensation, sound, movement, or subtle shifts in awareness.

Drawing from the 112 meditation methods of the Vigyan Bhairav Ta**ra and the insights of Osho, the session offers a simple yet profound doorway into witnessing and inner stillness. These techniques use ordinary human experiences as gateways into deeper states of consciousness, helping participants move beyond the constant activity of the thinking mind.

This gathering is centered on experimentation, self-discovery, and direct experience rather than belief or rigid structure. Open to both beginners and experienced meditators, this session invites you to explore meditation as a living, immediate, and deeply personal journey inward.

Experience the transformative power of Osho’s Dynamic Kundalinī Meditation, a moving meditation designed to awaken energy, release emotional tension, and bring the body and mind into a state of deep presence and aliveness. Blending breath, movement, shaking, dance, stillness, and awareness, this practice helps dissolve accumulated stress while opening space for spontaneity, freedom, and inner silence.

The meditation begins with vigorous shaking to loosen physical and energetic blockages, followed by free-form movement and dance that encourages authentic expression and liberation from mental control. As the energy rises and the body softens, the practice gradually transitions into stillness and silent witnessing — allowing participants to observe the mind with greater clarity and spaciousness.

Unlike traditional seated meditation alone, Osho’s active meditations recognize the restless and overstimulated nature of the modern mind, using movement and catharsis as gateways into deeper states of meditation and consciousness. This practice can be both energizing and deeply grounding, offering an opportunity to reconnect with the body, awaken dormant vitality, and experience meditation as a living, embodied process.

No prior meditation experience is necessary. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, remain open to the experience, and fully immerse themselves in the journey.

An Introduction to Breathwork — A Science-Based Journey for the Stressed Mind

Most of us are living in our heads. Thinking, planning, managing, worrying — running on stress so familiar we’ve stopped noticing it. We try to fix it with more — more sleep, more exercise, more therapy — but something still feels off.

Breathwork gets underneath all of that.

In this 60-minute session you’ll learn the science behind why conscious connected breathing works, what happens in your body during a journey, and then experience it for yourself. This is a shortened journey designed specifically for those who are curious and want to try breathwork for the first time in a safe, supported container.

What to expect:

-Brief introduction to the science of breathwork and why it works
-What to expect during a journey and how to navigate it
-A guided visualization to drop in
-A 30-minute conscious connected breathing journey
-10 minutes of integration and reflection

A note before you book:

Breathwork is accessible to most people and no experience is necessary. However out of care for everyone we ask that you please reach out before booking if you are pregnant, have a history of epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions, recent surgery, severe anxiety or panic disorder, bipolar disorder, psychosis, or glaucoma, or are currently in acute mental health treatment. A gentler option is always available — we just want to know in advance so we can take the best care of you.

No experience necessary. Just a willingness to show up and breathe.

Celebrate International Day of Yoga with a powerful community gathering honoring the transformative tradition of yoga through movement, breath, mantra, and meditation.

Held near the energy of the Summer Solstice, this special practice is an opportunity to cultivate clarity, devotion, resilience, and collective intention alongside fellow practitioners.

The event will begin with 108 Sūrya Namaskāras (Sun Salutations), a traditional moving meditation practiced to build inner heat, focus, endurance, and purification. The sacred number 108 has deep significance throughout yogic and spiritual traditions, symbolizing wholeness, completion, and the cosmic order. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, honoring both challenge and self-awareness throughout the practice.

Following the movement portion, we will transition into the chanting of 108 Oṁs, allowing the nervous system to settle into stillness and resonance through the vibration of sacred sound. This meditative mantra practice creates a deeply grounding and expansive experience, helping quiet the mind while connecting breath, voice, and awareness in collective harmony.

Open to all levels, this gathering is an invitation to celebrate yoga not simply as exercise, but as a living spiritual practice of unity, presence, and awakening.

Join us for a nourishing and multidimensional afternoon of practice, inquiry, creativity, and connection through the lens of traditional Aṣṭāṅga Yoga. This special workshop will begin with a guided Half Primary Series practice, offering students the opportunity to deepen their relationship with breath, movement, dr̥ṣṭi, and internal awareness within the flowing structure of the Aṣṭāṅga method.

Following practice, we will gather for a conference — a traditional space for discussion, teaching, storytelling, and open Q&A. Together we will explore the deeper philosophy and inner dimensions of yoga, including topics related to practice, discipline, consciousness, spirituality, and the integration of yoga into daily life.

The workshop will then transition into an Art & Healing session designed to encourage reflection, expression, creativity, and inner exploration. Through mindful artistic process and contemplative space, participants will be invited to connect more deeply with intuition, emotion, and personal insight beyond words and concepts.

We will close the gathering with tea, light snacks, and community connection — offering time to relax, integrate, and share in meaningful conversation together. This workshop is open to dedicated practitioners, curious beginners, and anyone seeking a deeper and more holistic experience of yoga beyond the physical practice alone.

In this powerful ceremony, the focus will be on healing and clearing any obstacles that may be preventing you from following your inner compass—your direct connection to your soul’s path and purpose. Often referred to as intuition, gut feeling, or inner guidance, tuning into your inner compass is one of the most straightforward ways to live your best life.

Tulsiram is a cacao practitioner for Keith’s cacao, the original ceremonial grade cacao on the market. Cacao has become an integral factor in his healing and spiritual journey over the last few years and is dedicated to sharing the benefits of this magical gift from mother earth. He is a yogi of all paths, and he uses his understanding of these methods to bring a deep nourishing experience.

The ceremony will begin with a guided meditation and a sound bath aimed at grounding the body, opening the heart, and elevating the spirit. Using Yoga Nidra techniques, we will seek to obtain deep rest and conscious awareness while remaining present and awake. In this meditation, participants will be asked to think of a sankalpa, or intention, to anchor them and carry them through this journey.

After the meditation, participants will then receive a cup of pure Keith’s ceremonial cacao, where the sankalpa meditation will continue and blessings from the cacao and the sanakalpa will be received. Time for group reflection will be available to anyone that would like to share their experience.

In this workshop we will activate kundalini energy through guided visualization and sensual movement accompanied by live looping.

The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year—a potent time of year when the sun sits at its highest point, inviting us to step into our own fullest expression. This is a celebration of radiance, expansion, and the wild, creative life force that lives within each of us.

Join us for a soulful immersion designed to activate the Kundalini energy—the dormant power at the base of the spine. Through guided visualization and intuitive, somatic, & sensual yoga-based movement, we will clear the path for this energy to rise, helping you reconnect with your most vibrant and embodied self.

In this space, we leave the “to-do” lists behind and drop into the wisdom of the body. Using rhythm, sound, and breath, as a signal to our nervous systems that it is safe to open, to feel, and to shine.

Modern psychology and the spiritual traditions of yoga both seek to answer some of life’s deepest questions: Who am I? Why do I suffer? How do I live with greater peace and meaning?

Join us for a two-hour workshop exploring the meeting point between inner healing and spiritual awakening. We will begin with a one-hour yoga, breath, and meditation practice designed to cultivate awareness and presence. Following the practice, we will gather for an engaging discussion on topics such as the ego, emotions, conditioning, attachment, mindfulness, and the relationship between psychological growth and spiritual realization.

Together, we will examine where psychology and spirituality complement one another, where they differ, and how both can support a more conscious, compassionate, and authentic life.

Open to practitioners of all levels and anyone interested in self-discovery.
