lity, whether they have never been to a gym before or have been training for years. She brings excitement and creativity to her workouts and prioritizes FUN into every aspect of her classes. Mimi's goal is to help clients reach their weight loss or fitness goals with sustainable, balanced and healthy lifestyle changes just as she did in losing a total of 120 pounds over the course of 3 years. In July 2012, Mimi was diagnosed with diabetes due to morbid obesity and suffered from stress heart failure. This changed her outlook on life forever as she had three children to live for. Since then, Mimi made her health a priority and learned to live a healthier lifestyle so that she could be around for her childrens’ future. From countless local races ranging from 5Ks to Half Marathons to national Spartan and OCR races and now an aspiring Tri-athlete, Mimi embraces all challenges – the more extreme the better!!! Her own personal challenges have given her a real desire to help others overcome adversity. Since 2015, her clients have included novices to elite athletes. As an exercise instructor, Mimi strives to help each client establish and accomplish their goals by designing programs that will help develop skills, coordination and flexibility.
