I don’t even know where to start with this one. ❤️

Crystal put this video together for me, and honestly……it hit me different.

Because yeah, I’ve had the luxury of training incredible people.

I’ve had the honor of watching lives change right in front of me.

But here’s what people don’t always see.

They change MY life just as much as I change theirs.

Every time someone shows up when they don’t feel like it.

Every time someone pushes through doubt and proves to themselves they CAN.

Every time someone chooses THEMSELVES after years of putting everyone else first.

That inspires ME.

It reminds me WHY I do this.

It reminds me that this work MATTERS.

I get to stand in front of these women and push them.

Challenge them.

Hold them accountable.

But they don’t realize.

They’re doing the EXACT same thing for me.

They inspire me to be a better coach.

A better leader.

A better husband.

A better father.

A better man.

So when I say I’m fortunate…..
I don’t just mean I get to train amazing people.

I mean I get to be PART of their journey.

I get to witness their strength.
Their resilience.

Their transformation.

And that?

That’s everything.

Let me say something that might surprise you.

A lot of women over 40 are undereating and calling it discipline.

They’re skipping meals.

Eating tiny portions.

Thinking “less is more.”

Then they wonder why they’re exhausted by 2 PM, raiding the pantry at night, and can’t stay consistent.

Here’s the truth.

You don’t need LESS food.

You need BETTER structure.

Because when you’re not eating

ENOUGH especially enough

PROTEIN your body goes into survival mode.

Your energy crashes.

Your cravings skyrocket.

And by nighttime?

You’re eating everything in sight.

That’s not a discipline problem.

That’s a FUEL problem.

So here’s what actually works…..

✅ Eat enough PROTEIN (6-8 oz per meal)

✅ Build meals you can REPEAT

✅ Follow a PLAN that fits your real life

When you fuel your body RIGHT?

Too many women over 40 think.

“I missed a few workouts…..I blew the whole week.”

No.

That mindset is what keeps people stuck.

Life gets busy.

Work gets crazy.

Family needs you.

Stress shows up.

But your body does not need perfection.

It needs consistency you can actually repeat.

Even ONE strong workout…..

ONE brisk walk…..

ONE decision to keep showing up……

Still counts.

Stop chasing “all or nothing.”

Start building habits that fit your real life.

This week, pick ONE day.

30 minutes.

Walk hard.

Move your body.

Clear your mind.

Because freedom doesn’t come from being perfect…..

It comes from refusing to quit on yourself.

I wasn’t about to let my members down.

I had to bring that same energy she shows up with every single time, no excuses, no half-stepping.

And of course, I had to keep her tradition alive and have the members take a photo after class. 📸
