Stretching is an essential part of working out and getting your muscles ready for activity. This class focuses on active stretching and flexibility training to enhance your pickleball play. Lakeshore Massage Therapist De’Eric Fisher, LMT, guides you through safe and effective exercises to increase your athletic performance and improve range of motion, flexibility, and coordination on the court.
