I am really happy with my performance at the USA Archery IWS: Chicago Open. Although I struggled during qualifying, I managed to stay focused and avoid a mental spiral.

The eliminations were intense, with a 6-4 battle, but I came out on top. This was my first experience shooting a 3-spot target.

I secured third place, and while there is still room for improvement, I am grateful for the support of my coaches, teammates and Ms Ashley from the Easton Foundations for the encouragement.

I had a great time shooting at Holiday 660 organized by Michiana Archery & Joe Kapp. I shot with the adult recurve division and did pretty well.

The people are really nice and friendly. I got to hang out with the MSU Archery Team.

JOAD Target Nationals was such a fun experience for me. I was able to shoot along many great archers in my division.

I had to power through the heat, elevation, and fatigue for having to shoot so many days. I kept on going and shooting under pressure. I got to experience a team one arrow shoot off.

I am very thankful for the people I met there. Coach Eric Tollefson , who helped me through the tournament with his guidance, i was able to learn. My demmer coaches Amber Arbegast and Glen constanly check on me and gave me moral support. My teammate Chloe Crandall, that was cheering me on.

This is my first Joad National, learned and gained so much from this tournement. I am proud of the results that I achieved, I know where I need to work on. I will come back stronger next year!

Archery is a sport that you have to continuously enhance both mental acuity and physical well-being.

At the , I faced a significant challenge. On the first day, I shot below my average, which was quite disheartening. However, I've been focusing on my follow-through and adjusting my form. Despite feeling fatigued and discouraged going into the second day, I persevered mentally. Gradually, I regained my momentum during the first half and began shooting more consistently.

I'm immensely grateful that I still got the Gold medal.
