Plans don’t always go your way, we understand. With tickets being released months in advance, we know it’s tough seeing unused race spots go to waste for those that do want to race. That’s why we created the Flex Add-On - to give you more flexibility and peace of mind.
Need to change a team mate or get a refund? We’ve got you covered:
– 100% refund up to 7 days before race day.
– 50% refund up to 1 day before.
– Swap one name on Doubles or Relay teams.
All returned tickets go straight back onto sale, so another athlete gets a chance to race.
