As part of the Pride Crawl, will be hosting a 45 minute FREE Q***r Joy Yoga class with Nichole Brown (they/them) at 12:30pm!

This 45 minute community class, hosted by the amazing Nichole Brown will be a playful, expressive and explorative practice to celebrate your authenticity and unique identity with the community.

Come as you are and pay what you can - This class is free to join with a suggested donation of $10 to help fund out Equity in Wellness program!

✨ Let’s go Jayne!! You’ve seen her around and love her early morning Mat Pilates classes, so jump in for even more Pilates with our amazing Studio Apprentice! Let’s help pack her classes and get Jayne her teaching hours as she heads towards certification.

🙌 💲 Apprentice classes are discounted!! You can use a regular class credit or pay a drop in rate of $13 for Apprentice Mat classes or $23 for Apprentice Equipment classes!

👀 Did you know you can also take private sessions with Jayne for only $50 a session?? Ask our admin team with questions!

There’s a change in the winds - the absolutely amazing and astounding Aileen is moving!! Aileen is heading out from Chicago to have some incredible new adventures and start an exciting new chapter abroad. We cannot be more thrilled for her!!

Come catch Aileen before her endeavors start; her last day teaching classes at the studio will be on Thursday, May 21st!

Aileen - To say we’ll miss you is putting it lightly. Our team and community love and adore you, and are grateful to you as one of the Founders that made LSQP possible! The love, heart, and dedication you’ve poured into the studio will be forever cherished. Best of luck and know you’ve always got a family here in Chicago with LSQP!!
