It's baaaaack! The Malort 5k. Register NOW to reserve your spot. It tends to sell out every year.

Event Details:

The Malort 5K is back again! To celebrate the wonderful mix of running, drinking, and Chicago soccer, the race will commence with a shot of Malort and before you can cross the finish line, you get to down a second shot of Malort! For $65, Each runner will have two shots of Malort, a finishing beer, a finishing medal, and a commemorative technical t-shirt to show off your drinking skills to your friends. The race will start at 9AM so wake up on July 18th and get ready to run for Malort!

The first place winner will earn one bottle of Malort and our last place finisher will earn two bottles of Malort! Our course will be on Talman, Addison, California, Irving Park, and Campbell. Sticking to the sidewalks, this will be an out and back, easy course.

Proceeds from this event will support the Fire for Food drive benefiting the Chicago Food Depository.

Our partnership with Endeavor Health Fire Pitch and Heineken 2nd Star Tavern continues with our start and finish lines on the fields at the pitch. After the race, any runners will recieve a 10% discount from their tab at Heineken 2nd Star Tavern so plan to stick around! Packet pickup will be Friday, July 17th from 5-8PM at Heineken 2nd Star Tavern. The race will not be officially timed.

Come out on Saturday afternoon and join us at Hop Butcher with Alemax, Fleet Feet, and Nike Chicago for a fun run, shoe demos, DJ, beer, and good vibes. The event runs from 3-5pm.

Throwback to this year's Shamrock Shuffle. The weather was less than desirable but we were still able to show up and show out. Congratulations to everyone who ran and a big thanks to our cheer crew! I really needed that Malort towards the end.

We're still basking in the afterglow awesomeness that was the Shamrock Shuffle. Sure, it was cold and windy but we celebrated with amazing beer and even better people.

Come join us for our monthly first Saturday run on April 4th. We'll meet at 11:15 am . There will be some quick announcements and shout outs. All running abilities and paces are invited to join us. Everyone is welcome! Link in bio.

Yet another fantastic first Saturday run. The weather was drizzly and warm. Fake spring number two! We celebrated Co-Captain birthday with cupcakes, shots, and beers. Always grateful to for hosting us.

Our next meet up is the famous Shamrock Shuffle! We'll meet for a group photo before the race (details to come) and then celebrate everyone's accomplishments with a beer share at the north side of Buckingham Fountain. Bring some beer to share with the group. It's always a fun and slightly obnoxious time. Stay tuned for the official event to be posted this week.

"Shout out to all the amazing people that have helped me raise the minimum fundraising for Gilda's Club Chicago!! You are all amazing!

If we haven’t spoke yet at Run Club, My name is Nick Schwartz and I am running the Chicago Marathon with Team Gilda this year!

I am hoping to exceed my goal and I’m hoping you can help me!

I will be running the Shamrock Shuffle in a few short weeks and the highest donation between now and March 13th will get to pick an outfit from the three photos attached. They will all definitely standout against a sea of green runners.
