CARDIO BOXING:
Mix up your routine with flexibility and strength-building moves in our Cardio Boxing classes. You’ll enjoy high-intensity drills while burning 400-800 calories.* A cardiovascular workout consisting of jabs, hooks, uppercuts and punching combos designed to get you on your way to a leaner body and a healthier state of mind. Boxing gloves are required because you’ll be tes
ting your skills on heavy bags and mitts. Most suitable to participants of medium to high fitness levels, but newcomers are always welcome – just let your boxing class instructor know. BOXING:
Warning: This is not a fast food joint. Each client is handled professionally and will be taught proper technique ALONG with conditioning. Our training staff WILL NOT be satisfied if a client walks out of a Boxing Course and has not learned the proper technique 1st and foremost. Clients will be pushed to their endurance limits every class knowing they are performing the right skills necessary for all levels of boxing. Whether you want to step into the ring or not, you’ll feel you have the confidence, skills and endurance to do so! TRAINING:
Knockout Training: This class will be a mixture of our different Knockout Training courses (see Pyramid Style, Cardio Style & Station Style for more information). KETTELBELLS:
