Unless your doctor has indicated differently, don’t be shy about the sugary carbs before a workout! Your muscles eat up the glycogen (storage form of carbs) for your workouts, especially when you’re really pushing yourself!

Think about athletes who throwback full sugar Gatorade… that can be you, too! Your sport is lifting. Treat yourself like a lifter. Fuel up. 🔥
