🤫 THE SECRET.. 💌 our bodies already hold all the answers. the hard part, is trusting what it’s trying to tell us 💃🏼
🐠 you must CHOOSE to swim around in the ambiguous discomfort of each present experience.. it’s vital to let yourself FEEL IT BEFORE you FIX IT 😩 (ew, i know)
☢️ .. to make more deeply satisfying choices that break toxic cycles + release that energy from your body.. it happens slowly at first.
🚂 the momentum of our beliefs is so damn strong, that makes them difficult to shift, we should be gentle.. 🌊 the changes happen by embracing our inner whispers, not by external methods, shame or criticism.
🔑 we cannot beat up (parts of) ourselves constantly & expect our bodies not to fight back 🥊
🧠 creating a more simplified idea of “sacred (head)space” can help us practice our silent stillness.. having a few “getaways” can help.. but that’s not always possible. 😵💫
SO, i do what i can to slow down my mind’s stories.. 🧐

each can bring a sense of calm into a different circumstance when i can’t completely “get away” 🏝
