1Ten Sports began operating in the Metro Chicago area with the goal of providing great officiating to travel baseball teams and their tournament host. Gil Thompson understood the need for good officials and so decided to start 1 Ten Sports. In the spring of 2005 the initial group of 40 officials was formed and began working games.

1Ten has expanded in the past 8 years to include 200 members, and is looking to continue that growth as we are now working games in Indiana, Wisconsin and Illinois.

Controlled environment. Our umps enjoy games and get paid. Yelling or screaming at the umps is not permitted.

Males and Female are encouraged to register for training. Stay in the game, get a good workout and make money!
