We decided to have one last match of the season with the amazing forecast of 50° in the middle of November. And it did not disappoint. Any outdoor match this late in the year sure beats sitting around at home watching football - and I LOvE football. Thanks to all the staff, volunteers and shooters for making a great destination for USPSA action. 2026 is going to be awesome at the club! We just received word tonight that big things are on the horizon at the east bays of ASC. More info to come soon! Wanted to work on shooting consistently today and moving and shooting on steel. Shot the 2025 Northern Illinois Sectional Championship this weekend put on by Eric Kamps hosted at the Schultz Gun Club. Fantastic match with fun and challenging stages. Looking forward to bringing this back to Illinois next year! 3rd Master, 5th Open and 11th/174overall.

Had a great time yesterday hosting the Chinatown Social Club with a day of training pistol and rifle at the range. It was great to see new shooters and people handling a firearm for the first time.
