Today is Lateral Fitness’ 9 year anniversary! 🥂
We have gone through thick and thin, even surviving a pandemic. However, we couldn’t have had done it without an amazing training team, as well as for our hard working and supportive clients!
Lateral was built up from a grungy, abandoned space, into an upscale boutique health and wellness gym. We offer Personal Training, Muscle Activation Technique, physical therapy, massage, cupping, golf coaching, nutrition coaching, and we can’t forget Reformer Pilates!

Do a favor. Look as far as you can to the right, and then to the left. Look straight up, then again left and right. How’d that feel? Neck tight? Maybe you passed out in your Joe Exotic outfit.
