One of the workouts we do: the American Hammer (AKA, the Russian Twist). Sit on a surface, angle knees at 45 degrees, raise feet off the ground, keep back straight, throw cupped hands right to left in successive motions keeping your belly button pointing straightforward. A great core stabilizing exercise.

Join us Sat, Dec 11, 7-8am at Armitage & Clark, for a peer-led, bootcamp-style workout. F3 is always free, meets outside, and open to all men who want to get and stay fit and be part of something bigger than themselves. All fitness levels welcomed. We got your six!
