Secure your spot 24 hours in advance on the CAC App. Location: Lincoln Park Athletic Club. Parking Lot Bootcamp is a free and ALL-ACCESS event for CAC members past, present, and guests. Guests will register the day of at the event.

Many of you have been calling to ask what health and safety measures we are taking during this time. If you have been in the club recently you will notice that we are having everyone check themselves in and you will hear instructors ask everyone to wipe off equipment far more frequently. In addition to those things, here are the actions we have in place to prevent the spread of disease:
