A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this celebration possible, and to all who came out, put on their boogie shoes, and joined us for a great time! There’s no EBC without you, and we’re so grateful for your continued support. Looking forward to many more celebrations together!

Our year-round multi-level youth swim program, W.A.V.E.S., is much more than just learning to swim. During these lessons, kids will improve their swimming skills, get comfortable in the pool, and make new friends! Plus, parents can stay for the lesson or take some time to enjoy the Club.

Tom has been a member of East Bank Club for almost 45 years, where he prioritizes having a healthy workout routine, community, and lifestyle. From working out, to his son’s hockey games, to playing basketball with his grandkids, staying active has always been a big part of Tom’s life.

Six years ago, Tom was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. Motivated by his family and determined to stay active, he began a personalized training program at the Club designed to help him manage the challenges of Parkinson’s.

In this video, see how Tom continues to push himself through personal training, boxing, and a commitment to wellness. His story is a testament to perseverance, family, community, and the importance of staying active – and maybe having a little fun beating up your trainer along the way.
