Want to take your fitness and nutrition to the next level? The 4 week mini challenge starts August 4th and ends September 1st (right before Labor Day weekend!)
This challenge is designed to push you to the next level of your wellness journey. If you have completed a 6 week challenge in the past, this is a great way to improve on the skills you have already built. If you have never done a challenge at Chicago Strength, then this is the perfect time to start. The 4 week challenge is a shorter version with a “choose your own adventure” component. This will give you the freedom to choose what guidelines you will follow throughout the 4 weeks under the limitation that you complete them all at least once. The challenge is designed to incorporate the curveballs of every day, all while building healthy and sustainable habits.
