Today’s shout out goes out to everyone that ever ran up to the top of the Tribune Fitness Center.

To be exact it was a total of 40 floors because we were on LL2 then there was an extra landing before you got to the lobby.

Once on the lobby right next to the cafeteria there was a door that led to another flight of stairs where we proceeded to run to the 5th floor, across to the other side to another staircase, go down to 1 and then we ran all the way to the top! No way we were going to cheat and run from 5 to the top!!!

AND that was just the warmup!

Every time I return home to Chicago, I make sure to drive downtown and when I see the Tribune it brings back the best/pain in a fun way memories.

Shout out to the basketball crew that would consistently play during lunchtime!

I would love nothing more than to run all the way up to the top of the Tribune building with my old 7 am crew!
