Well now is your time to try because....Barre is back baby! Starting NEXT WEEK June 3rd, catch your fav yogurt yogi leading an everybody and every body barre class - no ballet experience required! Class is at 3:30-4:15pm, Wednesdays, at the West Suburban YMCA in Tosa. Bring a mat, water and a can do attitude! I practiced ballet for 13 years and have been missing dancing, so I merged my two loves of yoga / fitness and ballet and started Barre training! So excited for my first class to be at the Y - such an amazing organization and a great group of community! Hope to see ya'll there and get ready to have some fun🎀🩰
