We hope to encourage all of our athletes to continue their training even during their seasons. Some of the fall sports are coming to an end, but development shouldn't stop. Its important to remember to plan your schedule and included functional training at least 2-3 times a week. Be motivated to come train after practice, before or on the weekends. Let us ensure you don't loose any progress to continue your path to becoming GREATER THAN YESTERDAY!

Sports Performance Specialist
Reports To
The Sports Performance Specialist will report to the Director of Sports Performance (DSP).
Job Overview
Our Sports Performance Specialists (SPS) are responsible for delivering an exceptional training experience for our athletes, performance tracking and assists the Director of Sports Performance (DSP) with client retention.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsibilities of this position include coaching athletes, leading training sessions, and the quality of the client experience. Their primary focus will be coaching and connecting with athletes. Daily responsibilities include opening and closing procedures, service delivery/training, assisting with large training and testing events, performance testing and data collection, and assisting with facility maintenance.

Qualifications:
1-2 Years Experience in Sports Performance with Under 18 Population
Currently NSCA-CSCS or NASM-PES Certified or On-Track to Certified within 6 months
A skilled communicator
Invested in developing and maintaining strong relationships within the community
A strong work-ethic
A passion for sports, health, and human performance
Genuinely Caring
Motivational, Knowledgeable & Positive
Up Beat, ALWAYS Polite & Patient
Must look, act, and live like a fitness professional

We are hosting a speed and agility camp from 1-2:30 and Basketball camp from 2:30-4 for the Holiday. You can attend both or pick and choose. Whatever you do. Choose redline for your elite athletic performance training!

Sign up for our 2 x a week or 3 x a week training. Not only do you get to have an unlimited semi-private training membership, but you will get to attend Soccer skills sessions running on Monday/Wednesday/Friday 5-7PM.
