Students at Song's Kung Fu Academy can learn traditional Chinese external martial arts styles (Praying Mantis and Kung Fu), or internal styles (T'ai Chi Ch'uan and Hsing 1). We believe Kung-Fu is for health, exercise, self-defense,

and non-violence. Martial arts must never be used except for legitimate self-protection. We teach a variety of self-defense techniques, empty hand forms, and weapons aimed to improve overall physical ability and mental discipline. Come in for 2 *free* classes!
