Meet Professor Christian Uflacker 🥋

* 5th-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Master Renzo Gracie.
* Judo black belt and former undefeated professional MMA fighter, with experience in Bellator and Strikeforce.
* A BJJ World Champion, as well as an American National, Brazilian National, and European Open champion.
* Has more than 20 years of teaching experience and over 30 years of experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
* In 2025, he was inducted into the Martial Arts Hall of Fame.
* He founded and leads Uflacker Academy⁠ and Renzo Gracie Chicago in Chicago, where he teaches students ranging from beginners to competitive athletes.

What makes his background particularly interesting is that he combines high-level competition, MMA experience, and decades of teaching—so his instruction isn’t just theoretical; it’s grounded in extensive experience on the mats and in competition.

Kids class and adults class will be cancelled in the evening.
