Yesterday was stop #3 on The Download Book Tour.

I had the honor of presenting to the inspiring C-Suite women at Chief Chicago.

While it rained outside, the atmosphere inside was warm and clear.

We discussed the future of work, creativity, & innovation in the AI era, and generated some powerful downloads and how, if we truly tap into our power & voices as female leaders, we can solve even the biggest world challenges.

My vision while writing my latest bestselling book was to get messages every day from people who were reading the book saying, “I got a Download!”

Just 2 weeks into the pre-launch tour it’s happening!

So grateful for all who came out in Chicago.
Next stop Austin TX!!

WHAT IF YOUR NEXT BIG DOWNLOAD BEGINS WITH A QUESTION?

More than 2,400 years ago, Socrates experienced what I think is one of the MOST fascinating moments in the history of human thought!

The Oracle of Delphi declared that no one was wiser than Socrates.

But here's what I LOVE about this story. Socrates didn't simply accept that he was the wisest man alive.

He got CURIOUS.

He began questioning the people who were considered the most knowledgeable. Politicians. Poets. Craftsmen. People who seemed absolutely certain they had the answers.

And he discovered something EXTRAORDINARY.

Many of them couldn't explain or defend what they believed they knew.

His breakthrough? Real wisdom begins when we're willing to question what we think we know.

Think about that for a moment!

How many extraordinary ideas never reach us because we're so convinced we already have the answer?

What might become possible if we approached our biggest challenges with more curiosity, more openness, and a willingness to see something NEW?

That's one of the things I LOVE about Downloads.

Sometimes the most extraordinary insight isn't an answer arriving out of nowhere. It's a QUESTION that opens the door to an entirely new possibility!

And you don't have to be Socrates, Einstein, or Oprah to experience that kind of breakthrough.

I call them DOWNLOADS.

And here's what I MOST want you to know.

DOWNLOADS CAN HAPPEN ANYWHERE. ALL THE TIME.

And I am LOVING the proof that's already coming in!

Meet the extraordinary Helena Marchetti, powerhouse women's coach, attendee of Women Starting Movements in NYC, and one of our newest members of The Gamma Group, where we're using The Download Method to access extraordinary ideas and insights that can transform our lives.

Helena took The Download on a walk in nature, and I absolutely LOVE this photo!

Here's what's making me SO excited.

The Download is only just getting into the hands of the incredible women who joined us in New York City, and I'm already receiving calls and texts EVERY DAY about the Downloads they're experiencing!

Some read the book on the plane home. Others are taking it into nature, slowing down, connecting, and seeing what arrives.

And that's the beautiful thing about Downloads.

You don't need to meditate for hours. You don't need to be a famous genius. You don't need to wait for inspiration to strike.

Your next brilliant idea, unexpected insight, or life-changing realization might arrive while you're walking, traveling, resting, or simply going about your day.

Downloads are for YOU.

Through my new book, The Download: Train Your Brain. Unlock Your Genius. Create Miracles., I'm sharing the methods to help you access MORE of them.

Want to take your Downloads even further?

Join us inside The Gamma Group, where we're using The Download Method to future-proof our creativity, leadership, and businesses by unlocking more of our uniquely human genius!

What happens when you've built a beautiful, successful life...and something inside you starts calling you toward an entirely different one?

I had the MOST fascinating conversation with the extraordinary Makhosi Nejeser, who serves as private counsel to founders and leaders navigating their next chapters.

What happens when you're successful, fulfilled, and genuinely LOVE what you've created, but you receive a Download that tells you there's something else you're here to become?

Makhosi knows this experience intimately. She was thriving in her business, raising a young family, and enjoying the success she'd worked so hard to create when she began recognizing a deeper calling.

And here's what I found so powerful: You don't have to dismantle your entire life to begin honoring a Download.

Makhosi shared the importance of getting curious without immediately assigning meaning to every intuitive nudge or synchronicity. Instead of rushing to create a plan, she encourages us to take small, aligned steps toward whatever is calling us.

Sometimes that means having a conversation. Asking a different question. Paying attention to what keeps showing up.

I LOVE this because it's beautifully aligned with what I teach in The Download: Train Your Brain. Unlock Your Genius. Create Miracles.

Receiving a Download is one thing. Learning to recognize it, trust it, and work WITH it is where extraordinary possibilities begin.

A HUGE thank-you to Makhosi for sharing her wisdom! Explore her work on Substack at Sovereign Legacy and her podcast, Architects of Sovereignty.

And I'd love for YOU to join me on Substack!

Every week, I'm sharing conversations like this, insights from The Download Method, and practices and technology to help you receive MORE Downloads and bring your extraordinary ideas into the world.

Your next chapter might begin with getting curious.
