Block A
4 Rounds
• Double Clean & Jerk x 8
• Sandbag Clean + Squat x 6
Block B
Swing • Clean • Thruster
• 5 reps each with a light bell
• 4 reps each with a medium bell
• 3 reps each with a heavy bell
Finished with a little accessory work:
• TRX Rows
• Jump Rope
Simple conditioning. Full body work.
