Congratulations to our Lion Sujel Miah who completed the Bedford Triathlon today.

The challenge involved an open-water swim down the Great River Ouse, followed by a 40km ride through the breathtaking Bedfordshire countryside, finishing with a 10km run along the river and lake.

A positive role model and shining example for us all.

As leaders lead, our Lion Sujel Miah has become the first Luton Lion to complete an official triathlon - conquering an open-water swim, a countryside bike ride and finishing strong with a trail run on a very hot morning. MashaAllah. 🏊🚴🏃

Without a doubt, this was a true test of endurance and we couldn’t be prouder of him. His achievement is a reminder to all of us, keep pushing your limits - you may be surprised by just how much further you’re capable of going. 💪🦁
