Mac's Gym Our instructors are home grown champions with ring-tested experience that we openly share with those that want to learn

Mac's Gym is a newly opened martial arts school in the Mayfair park area. We offer the highest level of Taekwondo and kickboxing training. We are a member of Taekwondo America, a national organization of Taekwondo schools across the nation. At Mac's Gym, we offer unlimited weekly classes of Kickboxing and Taekwondo Training that are available to people of all ages. Martial arts training is a great

way to develop skills both physically and mentally. Our curriculum consists of activities in strength training, cardio, flexibility, and meditation that will greatly benefit your mind and body.

Wow, one year old already 🥳 I can’t believe that I opened Mac’s Gym one year ago today. It has always been my dream to have a martial arts gym of my own so I could pass down the knowledge and passion that my instructors instilled in me. 🦍 Opening a business in the middle of a pandemic wasn’t easy, but working with all my fighters makes it all worth it. 🥊 We are a FAMILY, and I am so grateful to each of you for believing in me, showing up every day, and putting in the work. 💪🏼 Can’t wait for another great year with you guys!
