February is Heart Month, and at WHP we’re focusing on how circulation and core support work together to keep your body feeling strong, steady, and supported.
Heart health isn’t just about cardio. Gentle movement, mindful breathing, and core connection all play a role in posture, balance, recovery, and overall vitality.
This month, we’re layering somatic practices with simple strength—like our Trainer Spotlight move, the Scaption V Raise with Cody—to support your heart and your whole body.
