I apologize. I need to cancel Yin Yoga for tomorrow (Sat, June 21 @ 9 am CT). I’m in Ohio helping my mom. I will be back for Chair & Standing Yoga on Tuesday and then Yin Yoga next Saturday.

For those of you who take my classes on InsightTimer:

There will be no Chair/Standing yoga on Feb 25 There will be no Yin Yoga on Feb 22 or Mar 1.

If you are interested, I do have pre-recorded classes (Chair, Yin, Hatha, Gentle) on my website. If you try one of my pre-recorded classes, please support me by paying for the class.

I have added all my classes on InsightTimer thru April. Please signup!

Starting next week, Sat, Aug 10, Yin Yoga is an hour earlier!

It will start an hour earlier…at 830 am CST, instead of 930 am!!!
