Not every workout feels strong.
Some days, the win is simply showing up anyway.
A few signs you may not feel “all there” — but still earned the victory:
• Your energy felt low from the start
• Your focus was off and your mind kept wandering
• The weights felt heavier than usual
• You had to slow the pace down more than expected
• Motivation never fully kicked in
• You didn’t hit every number or PR you wanted
• You almost talked yourself out of going
And yet… you finished.
That still counts.
Because discipline isn’t built on perfect days — it’s built on the days you could’ve quit, but didn’t.
Those are often the workouts that matter most.
