Because of this, we've launched an emergency fundraiser supporting the California Fire Foundation.

Every dollar provides:

Essential supplies and temporary housing for displaced families
Critical equipment and hydration for firefighters
Direct support for community restoration efforts

This is 89 year-old Flo Meiler. Last month, Flo was the oldest of 200 athletes who competed at the 2024 USATF-NE and East Region Indoor Masters Championship in Providence, Rhode Island. She started at age 60 and has since won over 1,040 medals in track and field. Flo is a walking reminder that aging does not have to be your enemy. Oftentimes, our fears and inadequacies around the topic are simply simply negative, judgmental thoughts. By clearing these negative associations, it’s possible to reset your relationship with aging and live a freer, happier, healthier life embracing age with passion and gratitude.
