Helping people connect with their inner light makes me happier than anything! In order to do that I need to be mindful of when my own light needs a charge. So I decided to take 3 days to reconnect with myself alone on a mini retreat. During this time I will rest, pray, mediate, journal, and practice doing NOTHING. What small thing can you do this week to take care of YOU? 🥰
