Wanna see me die while I do 50 jump squats with a tight horrible cloth band around my knees? 🥵 (This is dedicated to everyone I torture...I mean...train....lol. See?! I get tortured/trained too! 😅)
I have been working really hard on regaining my strength and power after so many injuries on the left side. These jump squats aren't as high as I want them to be, and I'm still working on stability but I feel like I've come a long way. I know all of these "torture" exercises are going to help me with my Muay Thai and dance training so it's worth it.
If you are recovering from an injury, buckle down and get the work done when your doctor/PT gives you the ok! Stay diligent not just with the big fun stuff, but with the physical therapy exercises, stretching, and foam rolling too! It will pay off faster than you think.
PS huge shout out to for pushing me to do more than I believe I can do every session. Love you even though I give you all the attitude lol ♥️🤗
