I have a secret for all of you 🤫

And it has nothing to do with the next nutritonal tip or best exercise to hit your biceps…

It has nothing to do with the best supplement on the market right now

And it most certainly has nothing to do with insane calorie restriction

If you are in a place right now that you no longer want to be in with your finances, health, etc..

What have you done to change your situation?

If the answer is nothing, it’s time to wake up

If I ask you the definition of insanity, what would you say?

My definition is this: doing the same things over and over again while expecting a different result

So how do you change your situation?

CHANGE YOUR ACTIONS!

When are you going to realize that no one is going to save you?

Everyone has their own lives to live

So unless you step up and take some real action, stop living in a fairytale.

Start taking responsibility for your bank account,

For your body,

And your LIFE.

The past year has been life-changing for me 🤩

I remember when I wanted to be someone I wasn’t…

The guy on the left was a mess

Mentally

I was this energized 20 something year old who loved to party

Let me be the first to say, there’s NOTHING wrong with having a great time

But I took advantage

It took me 6 years to realize it

Ruined friendships, relationships, you name it

But I wouldn’t let that define me

I was DONE.

Physically I was fit

Mentally I was morbidly obese

The guy on the right has created a new standard

I focused on re-writing my story

And that’s lead me to where I am today

✅ Pure happiness
✅ No more anxiety
✅ All insecurities gone

I CHOSE to stop being a person I didn’t like

Do you remember the feeling when you got a new car? 🚗

The pure excitement and joy you had driving in that car…

Then after a few weeks it was just ‘another car’?

How many times has that happened with your fitness? 🤔

You start off strong 💪🏼

And very hyper focused on your goal 🤩

“I’m going stay dedicated so I can be fit for my vacation! 🏖”

Only to be a few weeks in and you’re already losing motivation 😪

The excitement wears down and we start to slip…

How on earth do we stay motivated??

Here are two ways I recommend to stay motivated to follow through on your goals:

✅ Remember and write down WHY you want to achieve that goal in the first place

Without a 🎯 it’s very easy for us to lose sight of a goal

✅ Focus on the process, not the result

If you only have the end result in mind, it’s hard to stay motivated simply because it’s overwhelming

Remember, there is no magic pill. Results take time, so stay in the fight and remain consistent 🤝

Have you ever lost your patients? 🤔

We can agree, we've been there. 👍🏼

Whether that's in traffic, or with a partner.

Or maybe it's with your lack of progress.

Developing patients took me a VERY long time to understand. ⏳

I was the guy who wanted everything as quickly as possible. 💨

I expected things to happen in the snap of a finger. 🤌🏼

And like most, when things didn't happen right away, I was disappointed. 😔

Frustrated. 😡

And I wanted to give up.

As I developed myself and my mind, I learned something. ✏️

If you want to become something, you must practice that thing - DAILY.

So how did I develop a sense of patients? 🧐

Society has conditioned us to take shortcuts, a quick fix. 🏃🏻

Rather than a long-term, permanent solution.

And that is not a realistic way to live. 🚫

So I did something about it. 💪🏼

I started focusing on DELAYED gratification, rather than instant. 🙌🏼

I learned to appreciate the PROCESS, not the result.

I understand REAL results take time, and my mindset is delayed. 😁

I no longer chase a quick fix. ⛔️

Because when you do, that problem will always be there.

No matter how much you push it out of the headlights. 🔦

Focus on the long-term result, and watch your life change.

🚨 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT 🚨

When Brandon came to me in late January, he struggled with staying motivated in the gym 😴

Like most, he would start a program then soon after would find himself bored and fall off 😐

As he says, he was tired of having the skinny/fat look and decided to commit and take action! ⚡️

To date (only 8 weeks in The Winner's Circle program) he is down 14 pounds!! 💪🏼

His energy levels are EXCELLENT! 🔋

And to quote Brandon "I feel great, the best I've felt in a while". 🏋🏻‍♂️
