Something special is coming to Yoga Horizons this Sunday, and we can't wait to share it with your family. 🌟🧘‍♀️

Yoga instructor and author Rhonda Duffaut is bringing her expertise on teen mindfulness straight to the mat. Building on her book Mindfulness: A Teenager's Guide to Managing Stress and Life Decisions, Rhonda has created a class designed to help teens manage emotions, build confidence, and navigate life's pressures with more ease, right in time for the stress of end-of-year season.

No yoga experience needed. Every body type welcome. All mats and props provided. Just show up ready to move, stretch, and learn.

We're so excited to offer this special 2-hour session with Natasha Julius on Saturday, April 18 from 11am–1pm. It's a rare chance to slow down, go deeper, and let your practice really breathe.

When you have more time on the mat, something shifts. Poses open in ways they can't in a shorter class. Your awareness settles. The benefits you've been building start to layer in. This is that class.
