IG Nation, Namaste. .
Beyond my Absolute Stand for Non-Violence,
I do not profess at all to be a “Political Person.” Yet now, simply by virtue of the color of my skin,
Life in these United States of America demands that I give my Voice.
My Father shook MLK’s hand in the 1960’s.
Both Men fought and won for me EVERY privilege that I enjoy today as a
Naturalized Citizen of this country.
Now, simply by living here,
I find myself swept up in quite possibly the
Most Important Dialogue of our Time.
EVERYBODY, BREATHE.
There is so much noise in the Digital Space and In Real Life distracting us from the
Most Important Issues. .
People want to demonstrate solidarity and to do their part.
So long as it moves us in the Right Direction,
Let It Be.
So long as it demands Justice for ALL,
Let It Be.
So long as the net result is that it brings us towards a system in which... .
✨All of us can Breath,✨
Let It Be.
I must confess, I have yet to learn the full history of .
I shall research on my own, and I welcome and desire for those who know to educate me.
Yet, if today’s moves the needle in the right direction,
I do beseech you,
LET IT BE.
When silence is no longer an option,
We must All hold Space for Allies and Friends to
Self Express.
Thank you for posting.
Thank you for sharing.
Do your part, and strive for
.
The Protest and
The
Continue.
With the Innocence of a Child, my humble prayer is that we may All do the work required to create the world of which MLK dreamed,
and that we may
All .
Namaste. 🖤🙏🏿🖤
