Client Steve's Transformation:
When Steve started training 3 years ago, he weighed 155 lbs. at a height of 6'3". Through his discipline, determination and consistency he is now 185 lbs.! Its been an absolute pleasure working with Steve and a greater pleasure watching him continue to transform physically and mentally.
