Another great Concealed Carry class completed this weekend. All of the students were great and did great both in class and on the range.
Huge shout out to them as well for being vigilant at the range during a medical emergency. Unfortunately as we were wrapping up someone went into medical distress. While me and a couple other RSOs had to jump into action to stabilize the person, my students were helping call out important details, direct the crowd back, and had even spotted the early signs of cardiac arrest the person displayed (when some others hadn’t). Huge shout out for that!
That being said, it’s not good enough to only know how to protect life (should we just absolutely need to), but we must also learn some life preserving skills as well.
