🧡 Another Enneagram workshop with the Ulta Beauty community — this time with leaders in their fast-track leadership program.

They spent the day in my signature Introduction to the Enneagram Workshop: their strengths, their unconscious blind spots, the ways each of us reaches for safety, esteem and control, and the path toward their fullest potential.

Here’s what I told them. At this level and above, it’s the leaders who commit to the inner work who go the furthest. The ones willing to look honestly at where they need to grow.

We learned a lot. We had a good time doing it.

Though the real highlight was Lake Fred. Nora was very pleased to be greeted by ducks, geese and swans. She’s already begging to go back.

Thanks to my incredible partner Reagan Pugh for tagging along so she could meet more of them.

I still can’t believe this is our life. What a privilege. What a dream.

Planning a team offsite and want it to actually change something? DM me. Let’s do it.

🎉 I’m honored and excited to share the work I’m doing with in 2026, using the Enneagram to develop and nuture their Executive Team, VP-level leaders, directors, and a team they recently acquired.

I’ve had the privilege and joy of working with Ulta for a couple of years now, and I’m continually inspired by their commitment to investing in their people in this incredibly crucial way.

‼️ We need more leaders like Kecia Steelman and the team at Ulta willing to prioritize people development and connection as the foundation for team coherence, communication, synergy, and psychological safety.

The Enneagram creates a shared language across different organizational cultures, helps leaders understand how their unconscious patterns show up under pressure, and builds the relational foundation needed to integrate teams effectively during periods of significant change. For this reason, it’s a great framework to utilize during M&As.

🌟 But here’s what really matters: my work focuses on using the Enneagram to help leaders grow beyond their ego structures—to become more conscious, self-resourced, compassionate, creative, and critical in their thinking. It fosters collaboration, vulnerability and the abundant-mindset.

Ulta Beauty’s enterprise slogan is “the possibilities are beautiful”. It’s awesome to see a company actually living out their values— because by doing this beautiful work, their possibilities are actually endless.

If your organization is ready to invest in leadership development that goes beyond surface-level training to build conscious, adaptable leaders, I’d love to connect. Shoot me a DM or email at [email protected] to build a highly interactive offsite for your team this year.

Let’s go, !!

💖 Your Enneagram Virtue will set you free.

Here’s what you need to understand:

While your passion triggers short-term dopamine spikes that leave you dysregulated and craving more, your virtue connects you to something deeper. It’s the shift from dopamine-driven reactivity to serotonin-rich stability—the neurotransmitter associated with long-term wellbeing, contentment, and genuine peace.

But accessing your virtue isn’t about willpower or simply “choosing” to be different.

It’s about catching your passion in real-time and using that awareness as a springboard to practice different energy. In the beginning, you’re acting out your virtue—mimicking its characteristics, trying on new behaviors even when they feel foreign.

Over time, these new behaviors build new neural pathways. The more you practice, the stronger those pathways become.

This is neuroplasticity in action.
Your brain is capable of change.
But it requires awareness, repetition, and patience.

Your virtue is not something you achieve. It’s something you practice, moment by moment, choice by choice. Most of us will spend our entire lives working toward living consistently in our virtue—and that’s okay.

Even glimpses of your virtue, even brief moments of accessing your higher heart, create the neural pathways that make the next moment easier.

Drop “VIRTUES” in the comments and I’ll send you the full article breaking down all 9 virtues—what they are, what they feel like, and how to practice yours.

Your passion will always be louder at first.
Your virtue starts as a whisper.
But the more you practice, the louder it gets. 🔑

When the founder of your favorite clean baby skincare line reaches out about an Enneagram workshop, and you’re a mom who’s been slathering Pipette on your baby multiple times per day for 365 days... you pray for free product!!

🎉 Dreams. Came. True.

, fellow Enneagram 7, which means she knows how to celebrate 🥳 brought me in to work with the Belle Brands team, and it did not disappoint. In product and productivity.

And bonus, products for mama!

Here’s what I’ve noticed about the beauty industry: it attracts high-performers with big energy. People who move fast, think bigger, and take up space. Which is exactly what makes team dynamics both electric and (potentially) combustible!

Because the same drive that makes a team extraordinary in their individual lanes can make them nearly impossible to integrate.

Speed becomes a weapon instead of an asset.
Passion becomes defensiveness.
Ambition becomes competition.

👉 The Enneagram slows that down, not to diminish the energy, but to give it somewhere to go. A shared language. A framework for accountability that makes feedback a little less personal and more effective. A map for seeing each other more honestly. A way to come together.

The Belle Brands team showed up fully. And it showed!

“Working with Elle was a fantastic experience! She was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging, making the Enneagram workshop both informative and enjoyable. Elle created a safe and supportive environment, allowing participants to openly explore and understand their personalities. The workshop was well-structured and provided valuable insights, leaving participants with practical tools to apply in their personal and professional lives. Overall, I would highly recommend Elle and the Enneagram workshop to anyone looking to deepen their self-awareness and understanding of others.”

I used to think I just needed to try harder: More discipline. Better systems. Stronger willpower.

But here’s what I’ve learned as both an ICU nurse and Enneagram professional: transformation has nothing to do with willpower. It has everything to do with awareness.

Your Enneagram passion is the emotional energy that fills your heart center. It’s the feeling you’ve been chasing your whole life—the one your ego believes will keep you safe, loved, worthy, in control.

You are addicted to this feeling.

Your brain built neural pathways around the behaviors that trigger this passion. And you keep returning to them—unconsciously—seeking that dopamine hit, that sense of regulation, that illusion of control.

Just like any addiction, chasing your passion only leads to more dysregulation.
More suffering. More separation from your true self.

The good news? There’s an antidote: your virtue.

But first, you need to SEE your passion in action.
You need the language to recognize it. You need to catch yourself in the middle of the chase.

Drop “PASSION” in the comments and I’ll send you the full article breaking down all 9 passions—including the specific behaviors that keep each type stuck.

You can’t change what you can’t see.

The greatest gift we can give our children is having the courage to identify our blind spots and commit to growing, to evolving, to changing—to healing.

Not only does this lead to deeper, richer relationships with them, but it also teaches them how to grow, evolve, change, and heal too.
Today’s article is a gentle invitation to rise up and love from our higher selves.

The thing about the Enneagram is it has a way of tenderly beckoning us to align with our higher selves. The point is not to stay in “type” but to recognize type as a persona—a mask we learned to wear to cope and to survive.

My post today is a gentle invitation for each kind of mother (based on Enneagram type) to wake up from the ways their ego gets in the way of deeper connection with those they love, especially their children.

Your children don’t need your perfection. They need your presence. Not your productivity. Not your performance. Just you.

But something keeps getting in the way. Your pattern. The mask you learned to wear. And it’s creating barriers between you and the connection you crave.
I’ve written nine love letters—one for each Enneagram type. Each letter:
* Names what your children most long for from you
* Shows the pattern that gets in the way
* Offers your spiritual pathway back through your Virtue and Holy Ideas
*
These letters aren’t about guilt. They’re about grace. They’re about accountability. They’re about seeing the pattern that keeps you from the very thing you want most: deep, connected, present love with your children.

This is the work of a lifetime, y’all.
One moment of presence at a time.
One brave choice at a time.

Let’s do this work together.

🚪 The Holy Idea of your Enneagram point is the portal to everything you want.

💫 Your Holy Idea is the perspective of your higher self. It’s rooted in basic trust—the implicit confidence that reality is ultimately good. That what happens is supposed to happen. That the universe is fundamentally loving and trustworthy.

When you were born, you lost connection to that basic trust. You could no longer see reality objectively—only subjectively, through your own limited experience.

So you developed a fixation. A false belief to help you feel safe. A lens to help you survive.

Your fixation helped you survive when you were little. It’s not bad. It was necessary.

But now? It’s the perspective of your lower, unconscious mind. It’s no longer helping you. It’s a false belief you must leave behind.

You must shift your mindset from fixation to Holy Idea.

This shift connects you to the divine frequency and flow. Here, everything changes:

✨ Ideas manifest
🙏 Prayers are answered
💫 Glimmers present themselves
🚪 Doors open

You stop playing God. You start partnering with the flow.

I know this because I’ve witnessed it in my own life. When I take off the lens of my fixation (Planning) and put on the holy perspective of my Holy Ideas (Holy Wisdom, Holy Plan, Holy Work), it feels as if I’ve tapped into effortless living.

When I access my Holy Ideas, I’m partnering with the flow. I’m living on another dimension, a higher frequency.

This is true for you too.

Comment “PORTAL” below and I’ll send you the full article breaking down all 9 Holy Ideas—the shift, what it means, the mindset change, what changes in your life, and the outcome for each type.

Your fixation is the lens of delusion. Your Holy Idea is the lens of divine knowing.

And it’s available to you right now. 🔑

🤓 Your Enneagram fixation is the false belief running your life.

And here’s why fixations might be the hardest piece to see:

Your passion lives in your heart. You can feel it when it takes over—that chase for intensity, for peace, for certainty, for being needed.

But your fixation? It lives in your mind. It’s the lens you’ve been looking through your whole life without knowing you’re wearing glasses at all.
Y
our fixation doesn’t feel like a belief. It feels like truth. Like reality. Like “just the way things are.”

Enneagram Type Sixes don’t think they’re being cowardly—they think they’re being realistic about how dangerous the world is.
Enneagram Type Ones don’t think they’re being resentful—they think they’re the only ones who care about doing things right.
Enneagram Type Sevens don’t think they’re obsessively planning—they think they have the best, most fun ideas.

Before you were born, A.H. Almaas says we were all connected to this idea of *basic trust*—the implicit confidence that reality is ultimately good.

But when you became human, you lost connection to this trust. And in that loss, you developed conditioned ways of seeing the world. False beliefs that help you feel safe, in control, prepared.

Those false beliefs became your fixation.

And your fixation functions as confirmation bias—you move through the world looking for evidence that confirms your belief while disregarding anything that challenges it.

Taking off these lenses requires courage. It requires being willing to question whether your belief is actually true. It requires building new mental pathways for new ways of seeing.

Drop “FIXATION” in the comments and I’ll send you the full article breaking down all 9 fixations—what they are, how they manifest, and how to start dissolving them.

You won’t take off the glasses forever. But just noticing you’re wearing them?
That’s where freedom begins. 🔑

With winter waning and spring on the horizon, it’s time to put pen to paper and set your 2026 intentions. 🌱

I just released my complete 2026 Guide to Seasonal Living—a deep, reflective workbook designed to help you harvest 2025, release what no longer serves you, and plant seeds for the year you actually want to live.

This isn’t about resolutions or forcing yourself into rigid goals that ignore your body’s natural rhythms.

This is about:
✨ Harvesting what 2025 grew before planting new seeds
🌿 Aligning your intentions with the energy of each season
🔍 Using your Enneagram growth path to move beyond ego patterns
💫 Creating practices that honor rest as much as action
🌱 Dreaming into the life your higher self longs for

The guide walks you through 9 life areas—health, spirituality, relationships, home, career, community, finances, creativity, and travel—with seasonal practices for each.

Because transformation doesn’t happen all at once. It happens season by season, breath by breath, practice by practice.

❄️Winter is for rest and reflection.
🌱 Spring is for planting and beginning.
💫 Summer is for ex*****on and expansion.
🍁 Autumn is for harvesting and celebrating.

We’re in winter’s final lunar cycle—the perfect time to prepare the ground before spring arrives.

Comment PLANT below and I’ll send you the guide. 🌱

Let’s make 2026 the year you learn to live in rhythm with yourself.

Last week I told you that each Enneagram type is addicted to their passion—the dopamine-driven loop keeping you stuck in unconscious patterns.
