Another fabulous Minnewaska Hike completed yesterday. A huge thank you to all that joined us. A special welcome to Annette and Peter visiting from Ireland. It was great to return the favor after you guiding us up the Mournes in October. Gertrude’s Nose is one of the most gorgeous hikes in the Hudson Valley and also one of our favorites. We finished up with a fabulous lunch at Garvan’s in New Paltz. Thanks so much Garvan and Leonie for the “cead mile failte” and generosity. Can’t wait to visit soon again. Stay tuned for our next hike 🥾⛰️🇮🇪

A quick reminder that our next hike is this coming Sunday, June 7th in Minnewaska State Park. Gertrude’s Nose is a fabulous 7.5 mile hike with amazing views. Mandatory Registration closes at 12pm on Saturday. Scan the QR Code or click on the link to register for free.

Our next hike will be this coming Sunday, June 7th to the gorgeous Minnewaska State Park just outside of New Paltz. This is a 7 and a half mile moderate hike. Optional lunch afterwards.
There is a $10 fee per car and the Empire Pass is accepted. Car pooling is highly recommended as this is a very popular spot. Please read the flyer for all details. Free but mandatory registration via Eventbrite or scan the QR Code.

Another Mammoth March in the books for our tough crew of hikers. Delaware Valley did not disappoint. 20 of us hit the trails on Saturday morning in Fair Hill Natural Resource Management Area in Elkton, Maryland. We took on and conquered the Mammoth March - a 20 mile hike in under 8 hours. The weather was just perfect and everyone made it in under the 8 hours. We had a fabulous Air BnB. Separate photos to follow on that as we have so many from the hike. We headed for home on Sunday with lots of great memories. We can’t wait for our next adventure. A huge thanks to all that joined us. We finished strong 💪🥾⛰️

Congratulations to Team Aisling members Rosie O’Reilly and Valerie Lenihan , who finished an outstanding 2nd place in their age group at yesterday’s New York HYROX Women’s Doubles Pro Division race!
Two mighty women who are always at the top of their game, showing exceptional fitness, determination, and commitment. Representing Team Aisling with pride in their Team Aisling singlets, they delivered a fantastic performance on a huge stage.
A superb achievement and a well-deserved result. Well done, Rosie and Val! 👏🏅💪💚
