How to actually do UGC *while* you travel ✈️

(PS the last location is arguably the coolest 😎)

It’s crazy to realize that after years of working towards this, I’ve been able to film UGC and brand collabs all over the world!

So here’s some things to know if you want to do this to:

✨ I usually get the products shipped to my home base in Chicago before I travel

✨ That said, I’ve had things shipped to a tiny town in Bulgaria too! So the right brands will be willing to accommodate you

✨ 3 of these collabs came from cold email pitching through , and one came from

✨ If you’re starting from scratch, create some example videos while you travel with products you already have with you

✨ Make a filming plan! Don’t let a collab take over your entire trip and decide when you’ll film, then put the tripod down

✨ Doing products while you travel can be challenging with logistics, so consider working with digital companies instead

I think it’s time for a little reintroduction! 💖💫

There are a bunch of new people around here (hi friends!) so I thought it was finally time I tell you a bit more about myself, my story, and how I got here.

Because I didn’t become a nomad or start living a life of travel or become a UGC creator by accident -

It’s been years of work and intentional choices and listening to myself over everything else ✨

And I’m still growing and evolving every day! I’m so grateful for the life I live, and it’s far from perfect so by being here, you get to see the growth yourself.

Our third time here and somehow more in love with this place than ever ☺️🇬🇹

Antigua has some kind of special magic - the cobblestone streets, the endless cafes, the hidden courtyards.

It’s a place that I think almost everyone would come to love.

And getting to see it with some pals made it even more special! 💞

Let this be your PSA that you CAN go to the Winter Olympics without breaking the bank 🥇

I think one of the biggest misconceptions about the Olympics is that one ticket costs hundreds of dollars and going is unachievable.

But having gone to both the winter and summer Olympics, I can tell you that’s definitely not true!

The most expensive part of this trip was accommodation, so if you book early you might be able to save here 🏡

This also didn’t include our flights but our flight from Prague to Milan was under $100 and to get to Europe from the US we used points!

Absolute must-haves for the Winter Olympics 👇

Save this for your future Olympic adventures!

Attending the Olympics is no joke (seriously don’t know how the athletes do it when I’m tired from just standing lol) but here are some things to bring with you to the events to make your experience better!

🏆 Water bottle - all venues have places to fill up
🏆 Layers - start with fleece and wool base layers to stay warm!
🏆 Hat/gloves/scarf
🏆 Hand and to warmers
🏆 Protein bar
🏆 Sunglasses and sunscreen
