The Finalissima confronts the champions of America and Europe against each other. Being an official match, since it has the endorsement of FIFA.
🏆 Similar to the Artemio Franchi Cup, which had two precedents:
France beat Uruguay in 1985 (2-0)
Argentina beat Denmark (5-4 on penalties after a 1-1 draw).
6️⃣ This will be the sixth time "on points" for Argentina and Italy.
Argentina has not beaten italy in an official match yet. But that doesn't mean that the precedent is bad. What's more, after two of those matches with the Italians, the national team was crowned world champion 💪
