-100 g Avocado (1/2 avocado)
-1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
-1 tbsp Red onion
-1 tbsp Celery (Chopped finely)
-5 oz Solid white tuna (1 can)
-Salt & pepper (For taste)

1. Place the avocado in a bowl
2. Add chopped onion, celery, lemon juice, and seasonings and mix well
3. Drain tuna, add to bowl, and mix again
4. Place on Ezekiel bread, on top of a salad, or use to stuff a pepper (not included in nutrition facts)
5. Optional: add other veggies (carrots, cucumber, peppers)
6. Enjoy!

Once a month for the summer. First class will be Saturday, June 13th!

Think: long runs, sled pushes, carries, sweaty high-fives, questionable life choices, and finding out youโ€™re capable of way more than you thought. Our Hybrid Racers class is built for anyone training for hybrid races, obstacle races, endurance events โ€” or anyone who just loves a long, gritty workout with good people.

Weโ€™re combining strength, conditioning, endurance, and mental toughness all into one big Saturday suffer-fest. Expect intervals, circuits, team efforts, and race-style training designed to build confidence and push limits.
