Training isn't about collecting submissions.

It's about learning lessons.

We start with positional training, putting ourselves in difficult situations and learning to solve problems under pressure.
Then come the rounds where technique, grit, and composure are tested against resistance.

The goal is simple, become a little harder to submit, a little harder to break, and a little better than you were yesterday.

Nothing flashy. Just honest work on the mats with people committed to the same pursuit.

All of our morning classes are at 12pm
Our Youth Jiu Jitsu is Tuesdays & Thursday 5pm
And Starting tonight at 730pm is our Kickboxing Classes.
