In between customer orders I managed to whip up a prototype for a lesser Canada goose call. It is a little chonky, bit it runs.

The pictures just don't do this stuff justice. This is Siamese Rosewood burl. I decided to cut the cap off of this and see what was underneath and it did not disappoint. Due to the cost, I am really not sure I will be selling any of this. I may just keep it in-house for my own collection.

Ziricote XL grunt call. These will be available to order on the website later today. These grunts were designed for maximum volume and big buck sounds and they are perfectly suitable for guys wanting a mule deer grunt. They will get loud without squawking out.

Good snakewood never does disappoint. A call like this is months in the making to get right. Copperhead skin (on glass) soundboard. Ones like this are tough to ship out to their new homes!

Between all the customer orders I managed to mix in a new grunt call prototype. The design is a big open bore meant to be loud and aggressive if needed and easily tones down when finesse is necessary. This is a unique Wood… One of the trade names is called dragons blood burl (Huyet Longwood Burl) due to the bright red translucence when light is shined through it.
