Tru2Form Hoops is the premier basketball training organization dedicated to athletes of all ages and skill levels centrally located at WES in Bethesda.We work with both Girls and Boys on every level and train them to their desired goal. Every child is given an assessment and a program is created specifically to attain their goal. The program is different for each child as each child has different

skill sets and goals. The training is done in a Positive way and periodically able to show improvement. We work with children as young as 6 and older children up to 22. Our core clients are between 8 and 16 who want to improve their overall coordination and certain aspects of their game.Tru2Form trainers are also experienced coaches in many leagues in the area. We coach teams in the Montgomery county recreation league up to those in the most competitive cross county leagues.
