There are no words to adequately express what I am feeling These past 7 years have been a blast. There were a few challenging times but overall I consider myself blessed beyond measure. I learned so much and grew in so many ways thanks to my client/friends. I would not change a thing. Thanks to my husband, family and friends for their love and support during my journey, my ministry, my passion, and as I tried to do this thing that made no sense for me. I am looking forward to seeing what God has in store for me next. THANK YOU EVERYONE!

I am so proud of these women! Emmy killed it coming in with her mom at 6:30 Monday - Thursday mornings most weeks! Her beautiful face brings a smile to my face. She filled out 3 gym cards to earn her green shirt.

And Mel...well...it has taken her many years to fill one card. She has been through hardship, moves and many life changes but she was determined to fill her card with 84 visits and earn her black shirt before MY last day as the gym owner and she did it! So so proud.

I HAVE BEEN NEGLECTFUL! These are the wonderful client/friends who have earned their highly coveted gym t-shirts!! Jen, Bob, Eleni, and Beth filled their first card with 84! Visits!! Judy and Cathy filled 2 cards and Michelle 3!!! This has all happened over the past 9 months. Where has the time gone!! I just love these guys!

Restorative Yoga is back for one final session for 2022!
This session will incorporate all the elements you're used to: long held poses supported by props, candlelight, cozy blankets, essential oils PLUS a prayerful reflection and song focused on the season of Advent.
During the busiest time of the year, we need this hour of quiet, stillness and restoration the most.

🔹Monday 7pm Restorative - last two classes 8/22 & 8/29

Fall Schedule:
🔹Wednesday 6:30pm at Mount St. Joseph University Centennial Fieldhouse (beginning 9/7)
🔹Sunday 9am at Training Personally

*Don't forget there is one more FREE Yoga in the Park on September 14th at 6:30pm at Harvest Home
*Restorative Yoga will be on pause in September- look for a return later this Fall
